Part-Time Retail Associate & Fulfillment Specialist

Location: janegee Flagship Store – Historic Downtown Portsmouth, NH & Fulfillment Facility – Rollinsford, NH

janegee, a women-owned natural skincare and wellness brand, is seeking a friendly, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Associate & Fulfillment Specialist. This unique hybrid role is perfect for a working parent or anyone looking for consistent daytime hours in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Position Details:
This is a part-time position guaranteeing 12 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 20 hours, depending on your availability and the needs of the business.

The split between retail and warehouse shifts will vary seasonally:

• Summer and Holiday Season: Primarily retail-focused shifts at our Portsmouth location
  

• Quieter months (January–April): More time spent at our fulfillment facility in Rollinsford
  

Sample Schedule: 

• Monday: 10am–2pm (Retail – Portsmouth)
  

• Tuesday: 10am–2pm (Retail – Portsmouth)
  

• Friday: 10am–2pm (Fulfillment – Rollinsford)

What You'll Do

With in-depth training and ongoing support, you’ll become an expert in our product line and mission. Your time will be split between delivering exceptional in-store experiences and helping fulfill online and wholesale orders with care.

Retail Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all store guests and wellness studio clients
  

• Deliver customized skin & body care recommendations
  

• Create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience
  

• Operate our Shopify POS system (training provided)
  

• Assist with merchandising and maintaining beautiful displays
  
  

Fulfillment Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and care
  

• Ensure every shipment feels as special as an in-store purchase
  

• Assist the production team with labeling, stocking, and organizing products
  
  

What You Bring

• Excellent customer service skills
  

• Retail sales experience (preferred, but not required)
  

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify (a plus!)
  

• A warm, positive, team-oriented attitude
