Full-Time Retail & Spa Associates

If you are passionate about clean beauty and have a natural ability to connect with clients this is the place for you! We are hiring full-time, year-round retail associates at our Flagship store located in Historic Downtown Portsmouth.

This isn’t your typical retail sales position. In addition to our wide range of natural skincare products, home goods, and gifts, sits our all-natural nail bar and nutritional skincare practice. As a team member you will be part of offering customers customized skincare products and recommendations, deliver exceptional curated shopping experiences, help manage a bustling nutritional skincare clinic, and help the store manager identify and source new brands for the store.

Good news, we have some amazing training that will teach you everything you need to know about our products and enable you to deliver exceptional services to our clients and grow your own knowledge in natural health and beauty. We are a great place to work and care about our employees.

You may be a great match if:

• You have an outgoing personality
• You’re willing to learn Jane’s skincare philosophy
• Able to work independently
• Available to work between the hours of 9:30 am - 7pm five days a week (one weekend day required)
• Be comfortable answering phone inquiries & managing online spa bookings in our online booking system.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist all retail customers and spa clients
• Deliver customized skin & body care recommendations to clients
• Create a personalized shopping experience for clients
• Use and understand Shopify POS (training provided)
• Assist in merchandising new branded displays
