We’re so excited to share that janegee has been named to The 2025 CO—100, a national list recognizing the best and brightest small and mid-sized businesses in America.
Each year, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce celebrates 100 trailblazing companies that embody innovation, growth, and community impact. This recognition honors businesses that are not only thriving in their industries but also inspiring others through purpose, creativity, and care for their communities.
This year, janegee was recognized in the Enduring Business category, celebrating companies that have shown remarkable long-term growth and sustainability. Nearly 18 years after opening our doors in Portsmouth, we continue to stay true to our mission of creating clean, effective skincare that works with the body, not against it.

Earlier this month, Jane and Sophie traveled to Washington, D.C., for a celebration at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters. The event brought together an inspiring group of entrepreneurs and small business leaders from across the country. They spent several days connecting, sharing stories, and learning from some of the most innovative minds in business today.
“It was an unforgettable experience,” said Sophie Gee, Co-Owner of janegee. “We left D.C. feeling so inspired by the people we met and deeply proud of what janegee has grown into. To be recognized among so many incredible businesses reminded us how far we’ve come, and how much more there is to create.”
For us, this recognition is a beautiful affirmation of everything we believe in: the power of nature, the importance of education, and the joy of helping others feel confident in their skin.
