When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 2 pm ET on business days will ship the same day. Orders are placed after that time will ship the next day. Our warehouse is currently closed on the weekends, so any orders placed Saturdays and Sundays will ship the following business day.  A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status of your order.  Please be advised that deliveries are not typically made on weekends or holidays.

If your order or a part of your order is not able to ship without material delay for any reason, Customer Service will contact you to provide more detail and estimated shipping date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $25.

What shipping services do you use?

We currently ship orders with USPS Priority, First Class Mail, or UPS ground depending on your order size/location.


Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Can I pick my order up?

Yes! You can pick your order up at our Flagship store located at 107 Congress St in Portsmouth, NH 03801.

If you select Store Pickup at checkout, we will process your order at our warehouse in Rollinsford, NH and deliver it to our downtown Flagship store in Portsmouth, NH within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. 

When picking up your order please provide us with your name and order number. 

If you would need same-day pickup, please email or give our Flagship store a call at (603)431-0335 to place an order over the phone. We will be back to process your order immediately for pickup.


Do you offer local delivery? 

 We have made the difficult decision to suspend our local delivery service for the foreseeable future. However, we will still be offering store pick-up and free shipping over $25. Our fulfillment team works diligently to process and ship all orders as soon as possible.


What is your return policy?

It's totally ok to change your mind - it happens! We make returning easy and offer free return shipping within 30 days of arrival. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. We can not process a return if the product has been written in or used. To start a return, email with your order number.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at and include your order number and a photo of the damage.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

After we receive your return, we will refund your original method of payment.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days to receive the credit in your account.
