Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $25. 

We currently ship orders with USPS Priority, First Class Mail, or UPS ground depending on your order size/location.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Yes! You can pick your order up at our Flagship store located at 107 Congress St in Portsmouth, NH 03801.

If you select Store Pickup at checkout, we will process your order at our warehouse in Rollinsford, NH and deliver it to our downtown Flagship store in Portsmouth, NH within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. 

When picking up your order please provide us with your name and order number. 

If you would need same-day pickup, please email hello@janegee.com or give our Flagship store a call at (603)431-0335 to place an order over the phone. We will be back to process your order immediately for pickup.

Yes! We currently offer local delivery within 5 miles of our Flagship store located at 107 Congress St in Portsmouth, NH 03801.

To have your order delivered please select “Local Delivery” at checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping address to confirm you are located within our delivery radius. 

Orders will be delivered within 24-48 hours. We will notify you when your order has been delivered! Orders are typically left in your mailbox or at your front door. Please email hello@janegee.com with specific delivery instructions or requests.

It's totally ok to change your mind - it happens! We make returning easy and offer free return shipping within 30 days of arrival. Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. We can not process a return if the product has been written in or used. To start a return, email hello@janegee.com with your order number. 

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. 

After we receive your return, we will refund your original method of payment.  Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days to receive the credit in your account.
